  • There is no sleep difficulty we haven’t seen.

We have assisted GPs, Paediatricians, Sleep Physicians and Early Parenting Centres with thousands of their most challenging cases.

In our sleep clinic we help resolve complex and tricky sleep problems– sleep problems that may have been unresolved by other approaches or more generic baby or toddler sleep advice.

We also carry out cutting edge paediatric sleep research through our affiliations with the University of Melbourne’s Department of Paediatrics at the Royal Children’s Hospital, and the Murdoch Children’s Research Institute.

And we are members of international panel of world leading paediatric sleep specialists who we consult with on challenging cases – giving you the best possible chance of success

We have helped thousands of families achieve better sleep.

We care. Protecting parent and infant mental health and wellbeing is core to everything we do.

  • Every sleep plan we write is gentle. Infant and parent mental health is at the heart of what we do.

We are trained in all evidence based approaches for improving sleep - this means that the approaches we use are not only effective, but they’ve also been shown to be safe. If you want to move slowly and gently, that’s ok! We can move at a pace that feels right for you.

It’s important that you feel comfortable with your baby’s sleep plan. That’s why we talk through various options with you, that we feel will work well for your baby, and then we let you decide which option feels right for you.

We do not hand out the same sleep plan to every family, and we will never force you to implement an approach you don’t agree with. In fact, we’ve never written the same sleep plan twice.

Your baby is an individual who needs individualised sleep care. That’s what we do.

  • We care deeply about every new family we meet. Our aim is to make sure you feel understood, supported and empowered.

We will carry out a thorough assessment of your baby’s sleep, settling, and behaviour.

    This includes your baby’s:

    • Sleep pattern and circadian rhythm

    • Unique sleep needs

    • Sleep pressure

    • Settling preferences

    • Medical history and potential medical causes for sleep difficulties

    • Feeding patterns

    • Temperament, mood, and activity.

We will also ask you about how you are coping, and the supports you have available.

    1. A customised sleep & settling profile: This is your bespoke roadmap to easier settling and restful nights. It’s prepared by Catherine specifically for your unique little one!

    2. Clarity & confidence: No more guesswork, you’ll have a clear strategy and peace of mind.

    3. Follow-up appointment booked if extra support is needed. Catherine will hold time for you in her calendar so you can access support when needed.

    4. A trusted expert at your fingertips: Catherine knows your baby’s story. No more frantic googling or guesswork—you’ll have a trusted professional at your fingertips.

    • After making your booking, you will receive an email confirming the date and time of your appointment.

    • Your email will also contain a telehealth link that you can click when it’s time to start your appointment.

    • Everything we do during an in-person appointment can be easily carried out via video call. If we need to demonstrate how to settle your baby, then we will position our camera so you can see us do it with our clinic doll. If you’d like to show us your set-up then take us for a video tour!
